    Our approach is to try and resolve your dispute through negotiation or mediation if possible but if that is not possible we have the knowledge, skills and experience to push matters through the Court process.

    We always advise fully and clearly in plain English so that you know exactly what is involved, how long it might take and what the cost might be and we aim to support you as well as advise you throughout this difficult time.

    In some cases public funding (Legal Aid) may be available and we are happy to work under this scheme. If you are a private client then we always advise as to costs at the beginning so you do not get any unpleasant surprises and our fees are highly competitive for the high level of Partner support that you receive. Initial Fixed Fee / Free advice may be available and can be discussed when you call.
