The Partners
Yode Alli-Balogun
Yode practised in Croydon and Dartford before setting up BKS in Penge with Martin. He is a vastly experienced practitioner who over the years has chosen to specialise in property work and dispute resolution with very considerable experience in both areas having undertaken such work since qualification in 1992.
Yode is very well regarded by clients and fellow professionals and his enormous range of established contacts helps in achieving deals and solutions for his clients. His easy-going and approachable nature makes him a popular choice for referrals by agents and agencies. The personal service that he gives to his clients ensures that clients do not feel that they are simply on a conveyor belt and clients appreciate that.
Outside work Yode supports Arsenal Football Club and he also enjoys eating out and travel, particularly to Dubai.
